Polka dot door designs blog hop

Today I am so excited to join in on The Polka­dot Door Blog Hop and Inspi­ra­tion Chal­lenge! For this month’ inspi­ra­tion, I cre­ated a hybrid lay­out about love :)

I started this lay­out as a dig­i­tal lay­out in Pho­to­shop and then printed it out onto two 8.5 by 11 inch card­stocks. Here I have used a Satin paper made by Red River paper, and let me tell you their paper is very easy to use and won­der­ful! I used a 66lb Polar Satin card­stock to print my pho­tos onto, and it turned out so beau­ti­ful. I usu­ally have to med­dle with my printer set­tings quite a bit before I get sat­is­fac­tory photo qual­ity, but with this paper it was super simple.

I loved the owl ele­ment in the inspi­ra­tional image, and so added two owls in the bot­tom of my lay­out; as if to rep­re­sent me n the hus­band :)

  18. The end of the sea­son clear­ance just went up and holy cow there are some {STEALS}. Some are lim­ited quanties, but unlike in the past there are no-minimums and no party required to get the deals, so start shop­ping! Most of the items are over 70% off!
