Introducing MONO Drawing pens and why I LOVE them already

Hello friends!! Today I’m relaxing and doodling two flower illustrations using the new MONO Drawing pens. I love these new pens and am so excited to be giving away one set to a lucky winner!

Scroll down to the bottom of this post to see how you can enter to win a set of the MONO drawing pens for yourself. Don’t forget to watch the video of them in action that I have below as well.

If you have stopped by my blog before this, you know I love a good black pen and enjoy drawing flowers. And these pens are a great addition to my pen collection! xThe MONO drawing pens come in three sizes 01, 03 and 05. I like to start my drawings with the 03 numbered pen, then add fine details with the 01 pen and finally fill in the darker areas with the 05 pen. These are water based pigment ink markers in a nice rich black color which looks great on paper.

In fact these pens were unveiled just this morning, but I got my hands on them a bit earlier as I am part of the Tombow design team 🙂

I enjoyed using them, they dry quick and can be easily used on a variety of papers and for so many purposes- lettering, sketching, drawing and even in your planners.

For this particular illustration RELAX,  I masked the letters to remain white using some sticky notes which you can see in the video. And let me tell you this illustration was truly relaxing to draw 🙂
