About Me

Hello every­one! I am Smitha Katti — an artist from head to toe.

I am halfway through my Mas­ters (M.S) in Dig­i­tal Com­mu­ni­ca­tion Engi­neer­ing but am a stay at home mom now, and am thor­oughly enjoy­ing this experience

I am also a com­plete scrap­book­ing addict and love every­thing scrapbooking; be it paper, dig­i­tal or hybrid and am always in the mid­dle of some project. All my life I have been drawn to crafts of all kinds– paper crafts, pho­tog­ra­phy, knit­ting, cro­chet­ing, sewing, paint­ing, sketch­ing or sculpt­ing. To me scrap­book­ing is so ver­sa­tile, it allows me to bring my other hob­bies into a lay­out or card and that is always refreshing.I also love to cook and espe­cially bake!

I cur­rently live in Min­neapo­lis, Min­nesota with my hus­band and dar­ling baby daughters.

The birth of my baby girl in 2009 has cre­ated the scrap­book­ing and pho­tog­ra­phy craze in me. There are so many pre­cious mem­o­ries to pre­serve, I can­not scrap­book fast enough…  I thor­oughly love being here in this moment !!!

Color is in every aspect of my life…  And this color trans­lates into art. I find inspi­ra­tion every­where and am con­stantly doo­dling and jot­ting down thoughts onto what­ever scrap paper is avail­able at hand. I have a long list of ideas in my head, and am con­stantly mak­ing some­thing in my art room…

My hus­band and I designed and cre­ated this web­site, and I did not think it would be so dif­fi­cult to work with your own hus­band… It was a long few weeks, but at the end we still love each other
