Of late, there has been a noticeable chill in the air. Fall is definitely here, winter just around the corner…

Of late, sweaters and socks are being worn again…

Of late, there has been a lot of cleaning, purging, and rearranging of the house going on. Now, when I say cleaning, I mean decluttering and putting stuff back to where they belong. Just so that we can have some clean surfaces and you know, a place to put your glass down. The house still needs major vacuuming and dusting. All in good time…

Of late, there has been a lot of growing going on- both girls have had major growth spurts and are so much taller!

Of late, my to-do list has been so long, it takes me five minutes to go through it and decide which are the top priorities that HAVE to be addressed right now.

Of late, there has been a lot of falling asleep out of sheer exhaustion– I could be sitting up or in the middle of a conversation and bang, my eyes will be shut and fast asleep…

Of late, it seems that I cannot finish a thought, let alone a sentence without somebody needing something from me…

Of late, I keep saying the words “family of four” and smile. Yup, that’s what we are now, a family of four…

Of late, all the craziness seems worthwhile, because of this little baby who has filled our hearts with so much love and who has the cutest little smile. And these ten toes and ten fingers, which are just perfect…
