spring photography ideas
Spring is the best time of the year to carry your camera and take a walk around the block. Today I’m sharing a few of my favorite Spring photography ideas
To get a new perspective in your photography – Get close to your photo’s subject | Focus on the small details of nature | Use a large aperture (my fave is f1.4) and get great bokeh | Shoot from the hip (take your camera low, around hip level and shoot blindly) | Shoot at sunrise or sunset, the dramatic lighting will add magic to your photos |
Just wander around your street and capture the essence of spring onto your screen. I hope you find these spring photography ideas useful.
All of my photos were taken with my Canon EOS Rebel T1i + Canon EF 50mm f/1.4 USM Lens. If you have wanted to explore photography more, need not be just spring photography, then the 50mm lens is a great lens to invest in. This was my first fancy lens purchase and to date it is still the lens I reach most often for.
When I am out and about with the kids I find myself reaching for the lighter and smaller Rebel camera these days instead of my regular Canon EOS 5D Mark II. I know its a photographers sin to do so, but as a mother it is just so much easier. What are your thoughts on this topic? Leave a comment below and let’s discuss.
