An everyday basic craft supply put to creative use! I’ll share a few button card ideas here that will help you use up that buttons galore collection!
Button card ideas
Add a column or row of buttons onto your card: This adds an instant element of texture and interest to the card. Try choosing buttons of the same color but various different sizes.
This card was completely not my usual pink-fru fru style. But masculine and bold graduation card is always useful to have on hand come May/June!
Add large buttons as flower centers: Layer paper, felt or any other craft supply to form the flower base and top it off with a large button center! And this might just be my all-time absolute favorite card ever.
There is so much depth and dimension to this card. I was new to flower making, and kinda went a little overboard with these flowers…
Add a few buttons around your card sentiment: This is an easy way to draw attention to your card sentiment. I felt like sewing, and it is so relaxing to bring color onto paper with a needle and thread.

I love the blues you used. I really need to get some blue papers.
Great card. Oone reason is that it is blue. Any graduate would be happy to get such a nice card and know that it was made special for them.
