This is a pretty simple card, and very easy to make. Not much layering or shabby chic-ing here, just clean and simple lines. 🙂

I printed the circles and hearts onto cardstock, cut them out, and used an emery board to smooth the edges. I then applied Glossy medium over the hearts (liberally!) to give them an epoxy brad feel.
