Today I’m sharing a review of the Tiny Sketchbook. It has to be the cutest little thing I have ever bought- it measures just 4 inches and is actually so much fun to paint in!
I have tried out a lot of sketchbook ideas, and this tiny sketchbook that I filled with Happy Inspiring Quotes this year just makes me smile. It is the smallest, sketchbook I have ever owned and it was such a change to make art in it.

This sketchbook is honestly adorable and every time I post a picture of it on social media I get so many questions about it. So in this post, I will quickly talk a bit about where you can buy this sketchbook and it’s the pros and cons.

PROS:

- I love handmade sketchbooks, and this one fits the bill perfectly. It has a nice elastic to keep it closed.
- This sketchbook is really CUTE, and I have the 4-inch square size. It also comes in a 5-inch square size too. I can easily see myself traveling with this tiny sketchbook and my Winsor Cotman Pocket box. Perfect combo!
- The pages are thick and great for watercoloring. It has cold-pressed watercolor paper which I have enjoyed using. A nice heavy 200gsm paper quality.
- The paper has a handmade kind of finish to it. They are not all even and some pages have more texture than the others.
- The paper is 100% recycled and is acid free.
CONS:
- It is a really small sized sketchbook- I call it my tiny sketchbook. The small size takes a little getting used it at the beginning.
- Because of its small size, I find it tricky to hold it flat down while painting in it. It does not lie flat open naturally.
- For a tiny sketchbook, it is a bit pricey. I have bought sketchbooks that are twice this size at half the price. That said, I think it is well worth its price because I have ENJOYED using it so much. It always makes me smile when I reach for it.
- When I had ordered this sketchbook, it arrived with the spine broken on the inside. Which was very disappointing. But I reached via email to the company and they sent me a new one immediately. Which I appreciated.
