Hello December!! Today I’m sharing a Free printable advent calendar activities pdf. This is a fun way to countdown to Christmas with the kids!free-printable-advent-calendar-activities-preview

December has to be the best month of the year and today I have the tutorial for this DIY Advent calendar you see below on the Tonic Studios Blog. I stuffed each pocket with these free printable advent calendar activities that I am sharing with you today.

There are 25 fun prompts to bond and spend some quality time with your family. I honestly feel that this is so much better than stuffing your advent calendar with candy or tiny toys. Once you print out all these prompts, you can make a gift tag advent calendar, something fancier or even just cut and throw all these prompts into a jar to make it simpler. I have pinned a few great ideas to my Christmas DIY Crafts on Pinterest here to inspire you.

Also included are a few blank areas for you to include any special prompt of your own. I personally think that all of these prompts would be perfect for kids of all ages! I am really excited for the “look through photos of this year” one. Many of these are things we always do in December already- like bake cookies, visit Santa or watch frozen, but opening an envelope a day just makes it feel more special right?

To get the best quality print of these Free printable advent calendar activities I would recommend using a thicker paper- I LOVE the Canon Matte Photo Paper for this. It looks like cardstock, but the print comes out bright and nice. Find that paper and other of my favorites by clicking here
