To make this Tablet Case I used a few different colors of Wool Ease Thick and Quick. You will also need a size N crochet hook.
Make the front and back pieces: Start with a chain of 26 and work in Crochet Moss Stitch for 26 rows.
For the back I created a solid blue colored fabric, and for the front I created a beautiful rainbow pattern where I worked a different color every two rows.
Join or sew the pieces: Place the front and back pieces on top of each other and join around 3 edges using a single crochet stitch. I used a happy pink color here for the joining.
Create the button loop closure: Join a contrasting yarn into the center of to the back of the case with a slip stitch. Then chain 20 and join back into the starting point to make a loop
Add button: Place the closure loop onto the front of the tablet case, and place button accordingly. Sew button into place with a needle and thread.
And this free crochet tablet case pattern is complete! Insert your iPad or tablet and enjoy!
This free crochet tablet case pattern makes a soft colorful case that is bulky. This protects the touch screen of the tablet nicely.
