Sharing a simple free crochet leaf pattern that is quick to make. These crochet leaves are great to make wreaths with, or decorate an accessory.

Free crochet leaf pattern
This free crochet leaf pattern uses basic crochet stitches and goes like this
Ch 8.
Row 1: 1sc into 2nd chain from hook, 1 hdc, 1dc, 1tr, 1dc, 1hdc, 1sc.
Turn- and work on the other side of the foundation chain. Slip stitch into corner- Ch1, 1sc, 1hdc, 1dc, 1tr, 1dc, 1hdc, 1sc. Bind off.
This finished Crochet Leaf measures approximately 2.5 by 1.5 inches in size.

To make larger leaves- increase your foundation chain. Instead of Chain 8 you can go up to 14 but always start with an even number of chains. If you added 2 extra chains, make 2 extra trebles in the pattern- so instead of the 1 tr, you will do 3tr. Similarly, if you added 4 extra chains, you will make 5tr and so on.
