Start with a foundation chain.
Steps 1 + 2: Yarn Over Twice
Wrap the yarn around your hook two times.
Step 3: Insert Hook
Insert your hook into the fourth chain from hook.
Step 4: Yarn Over and Pull Up a Loop
Yarn over and pull up a loop. You now have four loops on your hook.
Steps 5 + 6: Yarn Over and Pull Through Two Loops
Yarn over and pull through the first two loops only. You should then have three loops on your hook.
Step 7: Yarn Over and Pull Through Two Loops
Yarn over and pull through the next two loops. You should then have two loops on your hook.
Step 8: Yarn Over and Pull Through Last Two Loops
Yarn over and pull through the last two loops. And that is how to do treble crochet!
Now repeat steps 1 through 8 into each of the remaining foundation chains to complete your first row.
Treble Crochet Turning Chain
When starting a new row of treble crochet stitches, chain 3 and turn your work.
The turning chain usually counts as the first stitch in the row, though some patterns may instruct otherwise, especially if using thinner yarns.
Insert your hook into the second stitch, and make a treble crochet stitch. Repeat till the end of the row
